硫氮卓酮对氨茶碱血药浓度的影响

观察口服氨茶碱治疗的支气管哮喘患者６４例，在加服硫氮酮前后血清氨茶碱浓度的变化及临床表现。结果显示，加用硫氮酮后平均血清氨茶碱浓度增加了０．２％（Ｐ＞０．０５），ＦＥＶ＿１增加了９．２％（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＰａＯ＿２增加了５．３％（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＰａＣＯ＿２下降了７．１％（Ｐ＜０．０１），临床总有效率增加了２５％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示加用硫氮酮后未见血清氨茶碱显著增高及其相应的临床症状，两药合用可提高临床疗效；坦在刚开始合用时，应注意血压下降的变化。

THE IMPACT OF DILTIAZEM ON AMINOPHYLLINE SERUM CONCENTRATION-A CLINICAL STUDY

minophylline was used in 64 hospitalized patients with asthma and the change of aminophyllineserum concentration and clinical manifesations were observed befor and after the addition of diltiazem.The xesults suggested that mean aminophylline serum concentration increased 0.2 percent(P > 0. 05 ),FEV_1 increased 9. 2 percent(P<0. 01 ) ,PO_2 increased 5.3 percent (P<0.01),PCO_2 decreased 7. 1 per-cent (P< 0.01),after the addition of diltiazem. These data indicated that the addition of diltiazem did not change aminophylline serum concentration but ameliorate clinical manifestatiOns. However,after the addi-tion of diltiazem,due attention should be paid to the change of blcod pressure.
