摘    要:目的 通过SRS、GIS、PCA三在实际中的应用.找出登革热(DF)及媒介空间分布的主要影响因素。方法 利用ERDAS8.5软件从AVHRR卫星图像中提取各监测点NDVI、利用Kriging在ArcGIS8.1上作DF发病和媒介的空间分布图和利用主成分分析法找出影响其分布的主要成分。结果 从NOAA—AVHRR卫星图片提取全省1995年度平均NDVI为135,DF流行区域的珠江流域和韩江流域的NDVI要高于广东省其它地方,流行季节的NDVI要高于非流行季节.且差异都有统计学意义。GIS对DF分析表明,广东省的两个高发区域是珠江三角洲和韩江三角洲.DF发病和伊蚊密度的MPE、RMSE、ASE、RMSSE分别为0.018、0.377、0.372、0.98l和0.017、0.328、0.338、1.026。主成分分析显示四个主要成分综合了原17个指标的91.524%。结论 三的联合应用可以从不同的角度上克服和弥补在DF防治上的不足。

Study on the distribution of dengue fever and vector in Guangdong province combined application of SRS/GIS/PCA
Abstract:Objective With practical application of SRS, GIS and PCA, to analyze the influence factors of dengue fever and vector. Methods NDVI were extracted from AVHRR image by using ERDAS8.5 software. Spatial distribution maps of dengue and vector were made in ArcGIS8.1 by kriging. Principal component were analyzed by PCA. Results NDVI of Zhujiang and Hanjiang delta transmission areas were higher than others, NDVI of transmission season were higher than that of non-transmission season, and the difference was significant in statistics. Two high incidence area were got by GIS, the MPE, RMSE, ASE, RMSSE for dengue were 0.018, 0.377, 0.372 and 0.981, respectively, and those for vectors were 0.017, 0.328, 0.338, 1.026. PCA got 4 principal components, the 4 principal components included 91.524% information of 17 original indices. Conclusions The three methods combined application can overcome and make up the defect of dengue's prevention from unequal angle.
