逻伯逊易位与习惯性流产的关系

目的 分析逻伯逊易位与习惯性流产的关系.方法 1996年～2006年于汕头大学医学院第二附属医院细胞遗传室,对420对曾有两次或两次以上自然流产或死胎的夫妇,进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养,常规作染色体G显带分析,记录每例染色体的核型及临床表现并进行分析.结果 420对习惯性流产夫妇中,逻伯逊易位的有12例,其中7例为罕见的逻伯逊易位,发生率约占受检夫妇2.86%,是受检人群的1.43%,为文献报道的14.3倍.结论 逻伯逊易位与习惯性流产有密切关系;逻伯逊易位携带者夫妇妊娠时应做产前诊断.

The relationship between Robertsonian translocation and habitual Abortion

To analyze tile relationship between Robertsonian translocation and habitual abortion. Methods the chromosome of 420 couples, who had twice or more spontaneous abortions or dead fetus, diagnosed at Cytogenetic Dept. of tile Second Affiliated of Hospital, Medical College of Shantou University from 1996 to 2006, were routinely examined by means of peripheral blood lymphocytes being cultured and karyotyped with G banding techniques. Each of the karyotypes was recorded and mlalyzed. Results of 420 couples with hebitual abortion, 12 cases were Robertsonian translocation, and 7 of tile 12 were rare ones. The incidence was about 2.86% in tile couples examined, which was 1.43% among tile examined population, and 14.3 times as much as the number in the reported documents. Conclusion Robertsonian translocation and habitual abortion are closely related. When in pregnancy, the couples with Robertsonian translocation should take prenatal examinations.
