摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定松花粉中山柰酚的含量。方法 Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(65∶35);检测波长:360 nm,柱温:30℃。结果山柰酚在0.124 4~1.989 6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.634%。结论该方法准确,重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of kaempferol in Pine Pollen.Methods The Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used and the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.4%solution(65∶35).The detection wavelength was 360 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range was 0.124 4~1.989 6 μg,RSD=0.634% and the recovery of kaempferol was 99.6%.Conclusion This method was accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Pine Pollen.
