摘    要:目的:M TT法观察莪术瓜蒌汤含药血清对人肺癌细胞增殖的影响。方法:家兔灌胃制备高、中、低剂量莪术瓜蒌汤血清分别作用于人肺癌细胞,采用M TT法观察莪术瓜蒌汤含药血清对细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果:高剂量血清组与对照血清组之间的吸光度差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),随着作用时间的延长,其吸光度逐渐降低,抑制率逐渐增高。结论:莪术瓜蒌汤含药血清具有一定的抗肺癌作用,并存在一定的量效关系,为莪术瓜蒌汤的临床应用提供了科学的实验依据。

Abstract:Objective: MTT method was used to observe influence of drug containing serum in the herbal drugs to the decoction of Rhizome Zedoariae and Fructus Trichosanthis on extrinsic human lung carcinoma cell.Methods: After incubating PGLH7 cell and Chinese drug,borne rabbit serum at different dose with serologic pharmacological method.MTT assay is used to calculate the inhibiting proliferation rate.Results: The drug-bearing serums can inhibit the growth of PGLH7 cell when serum concentration was 10%.There was remarkable difference in the inhibiting proliferation rate between 10% high dose drug-bearing serum and the control serum(P<0.01),which can present the time and dose effect dependent relationship. Conclusion: It demonstrates that the decoction of Rhizome Zedoariae and Fructus Trichosanthis could be effective on the inhibiting proliferation of lung carcinoma,which was dependent on both time and dose.It provides theory basis for the decoction of Rhizome Zedoariae and Fructus Trichosanthis to popularize and apply in clinic practice.
