晚期霍奇金病72例治疗分析

[目的]探讨晚期霍奇金病的有效治疗方案。[方法]对72例晚期霍奇金病治疗方案进行分析比较。[结果]72例霍奇金病总有效率93.1%,CR66.7%。单化组、单放组、化放组完全缓解率穴CR雪分别为64.3%、75.0%、66.7%。MOPP方案化疗组、MOPP/CHOP化疗组、MOPP/ABVD改良方案化疗组的CR分别为57.9%、71.4%、75.0%。全组1、3、5、10年生存率分别为88.8%、68.0%、52.7%、43.1%。[结论]晚期霍奇金病以化疗为主的同时,辅助放疗有时是必要,MOPP/CHOP方案交替化疗也是晚期霍奇金病治疗有效方法。

Treatment for Advanced Hodgkin''s Disease in 72 Cases

To investigate the effect of various chemotherapy regimens for advanced Hodgkin's disease.Seventy-two patients with Hodgkin's disease treated with different regimens were included in the study.The overall response rate of72petients was93.1%,CR66.7%.CR in patients treated with chemotherapy alone,radiotherapy alone,chemotherapy plus radiotherapy was64.3%,75.0%,66.7%respectively.CR in patients treated with MOPP,MOPP/CHOP and MOPP/ABVD regimen was57.9%,71.4%and75.0%respectively.The overall1-,3-,5-and10-year survival rate were88.8%,68.0%,52.7%,43.1%respectively.[Conclusion]The chemotherapy for the patients with advanced Hodgkin's disease is necessary.Chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy is more effective.Alternate MOPP and CHOP chemotherapy is effective for treatment of advanced Hodgkin's disease.
