颈部无瘢痕的内镜甲状腺切除术

目的：应用内镜外科技术开展颈部无瘢痕内镜甲状腺切除术(Searless Endescqgic Thyroidectomy,SET)，解决常规甲状腺手术后颈部瘢痕给病人带来心理压力的问题。方法：切口选择在乳晕上缘、胸骨旁，钝性游离胸前和颈前皮下腔隙，在内镜下行甲状腺肿瘤或腺体次全切除术。结果：完成15例，术后恢复良好，无声嘶、呛咳，颈部水肿改善。结论：颈部无瘢痕内镜甲状腺切除术，具有明显的美容效果，手术的关键在于良好的显露和止血。

Scarless endoscopic thyroidectomy

Objective To introduce a new scarless endoscopic thyroidectomy so as to eliminate the psychological pressure casued by neck scar in traditional thyroidectomy. Methods An incision, parallel with the sternal bone, was made along the superior line of mammaareolate, followed by a limited blunt dissection in the subcutaneous space of chest and neck. Total or subtotal thyroidectomy was finished under endoscope. Results Such surgery were done on 15 patients, with good recovery and improvement of local edema. No hoarseness or irritating cough was found. Conclusions Scarless endocopic thyroidectomy has its eminent cosmetic advantages. The prerequisite of the surgery is sufficient exposure of the tissue to be resected and a blood-free surgical area.
