| 摘 要： | 目的：研究抱茎柴胡地上部分的化学成分。方法：分别采用大孔树脂、硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱法,运用波谱方法确定其结构。结果：从抱茎柴胡中分得14个化合物,分别为槲皮素（1）,异鼠李素（2）,山柰素（3）,山柰素-3,7-二-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷（4）,山柰素-3-O-α-D-阿拉伯糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷（5）,山柰素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷（6）,5,7,4′-三羟基-6,8-二-C-葡萄糖芹黄素苷（7）,2,5-二甲基-7-羟基色原酮（8）,rotundioside E（9）,saikosaponin K（10）,柴胡皂苷b2（11）,木糖醇（12）,正二十九烷醇（13）,3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯（14）。结论：14个化合物均为抱茎柴胡中首次发现,其中7,8,14为柴胡属内首次发现。

| Abstract: | AIM： To investigate the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Bupleurum longicaule. METHODS： The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by spectral evidences. RESULTS： Fourteen compounds were obtained and identified as, quercetin （1）, isoramnetin （2）, kaempferol （3）, kaempferol-3,7-di-O-α-L-rhamnoside （4）, kaempferol-3-O-α-D-arabinol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside （5）, kaempferol-7-O-α-L- rhamnoside （6）, apigenin-6,8-di-C-β-D-glucopyranoside （7）, 7-hydroxyl-2,5-dimethyl-4H-chromone （8）, rotundioside E （9）, saikosaponin K （10）, saikosaponin b2 （11）, xylitol （12）, nonacosan-1-ol （13）, and ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate （14）. CONCLUSION： All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 7, 8 and 14 were firstly obtained from this genus. |
