脑卒中后脑电图的改变与认知损害

目的]观察脑卒中后脑电图变化与认知损害的关系。方法]采用148例脑卒中患者为观察组。采用韦氏记忆量表、韦氏成人智力量表、威斯康星卡片分类试验、连线测验A和测验B等检测认知功能的改变。结果]①脑卒中后认知指标如触觉记忆、执行正确、执行错误,注意机能中的背数、视觉再认、视觉再生,连线A、连线B等观察组和对照组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。②脑卒中后脑电图异常率87.9%,其中轻度异常83例（56.08%）,中度异常36例（24.32%）,重度异常11例（7.43%）。结论]脑卒中后认知有明显的损害。脑卒中后脑电地图有相应的改变,并对定位及认知损害的判断有一定的参考价值。

Cognitive impairment and changes in electroencephalography after stroke

Objective] To observe the relationship between cognitive impairment and changes in electroencephalography after stroke.Methods] One hundred and forty eight patients with stroke were chosen as observation group.The cognitive function was tested by Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS),Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(WAIS),Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WSCT),Trail Making Test A and Trail Making Test B and etc.Results] ① There were significant differences in cognitive indicators(such as tactile memory,perform correct,perform incorrect),attention function(such as recitation figure,vision recognition,vision regeneration),Trail Making Test A and Trail Making Test B between observation and control groups(P<0.05).② The abnormal rate of electroencephalography after stroke was 87.9%.Among all of the 148 cases,83 cases were mildly abnormal(56.08%),36 cases were moderately abnormal(24.32%) and 11 cases were severely abnormal(7.43%).Conclusions] There is obvious damage to cognitive function after stroke.The electroencephalography of patients is changed after stroke.And the changes are reference valuable to locate stoke and judge the cognitive impairment.
