| 摘 要： | 对38例高尿酸血症进行分组治疗观察，治疗组27例以补肾利湿法治疗，对照组11例，常规西药对症治疗，疗程6周。结果：治疗组的血尿酸在治疗前后有显著差异，P＜0．01，与对照组比较，治疗后有显著差异（P＜0．01），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组经治疗后的临床症状与血脂、血糖均有改善。提示运用中医中药防治高尿酸血症具有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | cases of hyperuricemia were randomized into two groups:treatment group with 27 cases treated by kidney nourishing and dampness disinhibiting therapy and control group with 11 cases treated by routine western medicine;they were all treated for 6 weeks.Results:in treatment group,the blood uric acid fell obviously after treatment, P <0 01;and it fell more significantly that that in control group, P <0 01;after treatment in treatment group,the clinical symptoms improved and the blood lipid and sugar decreased with varying success. |
