司帕沙星与谷丙甘氨酸胶囊联合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效观察

目的评价司帕沙星与谷丙甘氨酸胶囊联合治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法临床确诊的慢性前列腺炎患者258例,随机分为2组,治疗组178例给予联合应用司帕沙星与谷丙甘氨酸胶囊常规剂量治疗,对照组80例应用司帕沙星常规剂量口服。结果治疗组痊愈率69.7%,对照组痊愈率42.5%,差异有统计学意义。而治疗组的总有效率虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论司帕沙星与谷丙甘氨酸胶囊联合治疗慢性前列腺炎的痊愈率优于单独应用司帕沙星治疗CP的痊愈率。

Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Sparfloxacin and Glutamic Acid, Alanine Acid and Glycine Acid Capsules in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatis

Objective Study the clinical therapeutic effects of sparfloxacin and glutamic acid , alanine acid and glycine acid capsules in the treatment of chronic prostatis(CP).Methods Two hundred and fifty-eight cases suffering from chronic prostatis randomly divided into treating group 178 cases ( treated with sparfloxacin and glutamic acid , alanine acid and glycine acid capsules) and control group 80 cases ( treated with sparfloxacin).Results The cure rate of treating group was 69.7 % while the control group was 42.5%, there was a difference between the two groups.While the effective rate of treating group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no difference between the two groups.Conclusion The cure rate of the group treated with parfloxacin and glutamic acid, alanine acid and glycine acid capsules is superior to that of the control group treated with parfloxacin only.
