| 摘 要： | 目的 比较两种幽门螺杆菌运送基 (传统运送基和改良运送基 )运送标本的检出率。方法 通过两种不同的幽门螺杆菌运送基运送的胃黏膜标本同时进行细菌分离培养 ,比较两者的阳性率并行统计学分析。结果 经改良运送基运送的标本幽门螺杆菌的培养阳性率为 45 .9% ,经普通运送基运送的阳性率为 2 3 .0 %。两种幽门螺杆菌运送基有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 改良运送基可以提高幽门螺杆菌培养的阳性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare two kinds of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) transporting-medium, customary medium and modified medium. Methods Hp bacteria from gastr-mucosa tackled with two different kinds of transporting-medium were cultured and isolated, and compared their culture positive ratios. The results were analyzed with SPSS software. Results The Hp positive ratio of modified transporting-medium was 45.9%, and that of ordinary transporting-medium was 23.0%. There was conspicuous difference between the two transporting-mediums(P<0.01). Conclusion The Hp positive ratio of HP culture with modified transporting-medium is higher than that of customary transporting-medium. |
