| 摘 要： | 目的分析环孢素A（CsA）所致药品不良反应（ADR）的临床特征、相关因素和防治对策，供临床参考。方法检索1980年至2008年国内医学期刊报道的CsA所致ADR病例并进行统计和分析。结果检索到CsA所致ADR72例，男性多于女性；多发生于泌尿、消化、神经系统及牙龈，一般较严重，但及时处理预后较好。结论器官移植术后，使用CsA应定期监测血药浓度，注意可能出现的ADR。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the clinical features, correlation factors, preventions and cures of ADRs caused by cyclosporine A （CsA） and to provide beneficial references for preventing and curing ADRs. Methods To collect and analyse the cases of ADRs caused by CsA from the medical journals of 1980-2008. Results Totaly, 72 ADRs by CsA were reported. The incidence of male subjects seemed higher than that of the female subjects. Most of ADRs occurred in urinary, gastroinestinal, nervous system and gingiva. ADRs were usually severe with good prognosis. Conclusion Monitoring plasma concentration and more attention should be given to the patients with CsA after organ transplantation. |
