经前平颗粒对经前期综合征肝气逆证患者的神经内分泌调节

目的 探讨经前平颗粒对经前期综合征肝气逆证患者血清内分泌激素和单胺类神经递质的影响及其治疗机理.方法 病例均于治疗前、后采集月经周期的排卵期、黄体期2个时相血样,检测内分泌激素和单胺类神经递质的含量.结果 该证患者雌、孕激素(E_2、P)分泌峰形成不良或阙如,血清催乳激素(PRL)升高.治疗后经前平组E_2、P黄体期显著升高,PRL显著降低,与治疗前比较有显著差异(P＜0.01),而两组间比较也有显著差异(P＜0.01);经前平组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平治疗后均显著降低(P＜0.01),治疗后组间比较,PMS肝气逆证患者血清5-HT、NE有显著变化(P＜0.01).结论 经前平颗粒通过调节本证患者机体内环境的神经-内分泌平衡而达到治疗作用,血清E_2、P、PRL、5-HT和NE可作为PMS肝气逆证的疗效观测指标.

The Accommodation of Jingqianping Granule on Neuroendocrine in Serum of PMS with Liver-QiInvation
