改良B-Lynch缝合术在宫缩乏力性产后出血的应用

目的探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术在子宫收缩乏力产后出血中的止血作用。方法对89例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血者采用改良B-Lynch缝合,观察止血效果。结果 89例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者,经按摩压迫子宫、药物等治疗无效,采用改良B-Lynch缝合术,止血成功。结论改良B-Lynch缝合术简单、安全、有效,是子宫收缩乏力性产后出血常规止血法无效后首选的外科止血方法。

Improved B-Lynch suture technique in the application of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore the improved B-Lynch suture technique in uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage of the hemostatic effect.Methods 89 cases of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage is modified B-Lynch suture,observe the hemostatic effect.Results 89 cases of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage patients,the massage oppression uterus,drug treatment such as invalid,the improved B-Lynch suture technique,the hemostatic success.Conclusion Improved B-Lynch suture technique is simple,safe,effective and is uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage after the routine hemostatic method invalid preferred surgical hemostasis methods.
