| 摘 要： | 目的探讨部分脾切除手术治疗外伤性脾破裂的治疗效果。方法对2004年2月～2009年2月我院24例行部分切除手术治疗的外伤性脾破裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组23例患者术后切口I/甲愈合,保留脾脏功能基本恢复正常,1例患者发生术后大出血,经二次手术全脾切除后痊愈。结论部分切除手术治疗外伤性脾破裂保留了脾脏的正常生理功能,避免了切脾后严重并发症的发生,值得基层医院广泛推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment effect of partial splenectomy in traumatic spleen rupture.Methods Collected the clinical data of 24 cases who with traumatic spleen rupture and did the partial splenectomy from February 2004 to February 2009,did retrospective analysis.Results 23 case got cure after the operation,the function of the retain spleen was recovery basicly,big bleeding took place in 1 case,and got cured after did the second operation resectionlied the spleen.Conclusion Partial splenectomy for traumatic spleen rupture versamailed the normal physiology function,avoid the severity complications,worth to extensive expand in primary hospital. |
