彩色及能量多普勒成像在小乳腺癌中的诊断价值

目的探讨高频二维超声,彩色及能量多普勒成像彩色多普勒超声(CDFI),能量多普勒超声(PDI)]对小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对23例小乳腺肿块(<2.0cm)的二维声像图特征,CDFI,PDI等项指标进行对照分析。结果小乳腺癌的二维声像图特点大多属于中间型,少数表现为典型恶性特征。90%的小乳腺癌其能量多普勒具有明显形态学特征,包括穿入性血流、环绕血流和星点状血流。结论小乳腺癌的CDFI、PDI在诊断小乳腺癌有特征性表现,对提高小乳腺癌的早期诊断准确率具有较高的临床应用价值。

Diagnistic color doppler flow imaging and power doppler imaging in small breast cancer

Objective Assess the value of high frequency two-dimensional ultrasound(2D US),Color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)and power Doppler imaging(PDI)sonographic features in the diagnosis of minor breast cancer.Methods Compare and analyze the indices of 2D US,CDFI and PDI of twenty three solid minor breast masses(<2.0 cm).Results Features of the two-dimensional ultrasonographs of minor breast cancer are mostly interphyletic and a few are manifested by typical malignant symptoms.90% of the PDI of minor breast cancers have a significant morphological characteristic,including penetration blood flow,annular blood flow and starlike blood flow.Conclusion CDFI and PDI of minor breast cancer have a characteristic manifestation in the diagnosis of minor breast cancer,and are of high clinical and applied value for improving the accuracy in the early diagnosis of minor breast cancer.
