| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的有效治疗方法. 方法 对82例腺性膀胱炎患者,经尿道电切术加丝裂霉素或吡柔比星膀胱灌注,规律治疗1年,方案为每周1次共8次,其后每月1次共10次,定期做膀胱镜检查. 结果 随访7-36个月,平均18个月.76例痊愈,6例复发,无恶变病例. 结论 经尿道电切,术后丝裂霉素或吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎,疗效满意、毒副作用低,是治疗腺性膀胱炎的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an effective treatment method for cystitis glandularis.Methods Transurethral electronresection was performed in 82 patients with cystitis glandularis.After surgery all patients received regular bladder irrigation of mitomycinc or pirarubicin once a week for two months,and then once a month for ten months.During the follow-up,cystoscopy was periodically performed.Results During 18-month follow-up(ranging 7-36 months),76 patients fully recovered,6 patients relapsed,and no one developed ad... |
