3种治疗方案治疗呼吸道细菌感染的成本-效果分析

目的:评价3种治疗方案治疗呼吸道细菌感染的成本-效果。方法:对120例呼吸道细菌感染患者分别应用A(头孢曲松钠)、B(头孢曲松钠 左氧氟沙星)、C(阿奇霉素)3种方案进行治疗,观察疗效,并应用药物经济学成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:A、B、C组成本分别为191.20元、210.72元、265.60元;有效率分别为80.00%、93.33%、86.67%;成本-效果比分别为2.39、2.26、、3.06;B、C组相对于A组的增量成本-效果比分别为1.46、11.15。结论:B组是更经济的选择。

Cost - effectiveness Analysis of 3 Therapeutic Schemes for Respiratory Infection

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of three therapeutic schemes for respiratory infection.METHODS: A total of 120 cases with respiratory infections were assigned to receive ceftriaxone sodium(scheme A),ceftriaxone sodium plus levofloxacin(scheme B) and azithromycin(scheme C),respectively.The therapeutic effects of the three schemes were monitored and evaluated using pharmacoecomonic cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS: The costs of scheme A,B and C were 191.20 yuan,210.72 yuan and 265.60 yuan,respectively;the effective rates of the three were 80.00%,93.33% and 86.67%,respectively;the cost-effectiveness ratios were 2.39,2.26 and 3.06,respectively;the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of the three schemes were 25.63 yuan,22.92 yuan and 24.47 yuan, respectively;the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of scheme B and C were 1.46 and 11.15,respectively as against scheme A.CONCLUSION: Scheme B is a more economical choice among the three for respiratory infection.
