银屑病中医药研究趋势与方向

近5年来银屑病的中医药研究取得了一些新进展,呈现一些新的趋势与方向。中医药治疗银屑病的实验研究设计更严谨规范,并且更加注重心理治疗和生活质量的评价;基础研究方面,针对银屑病中医证型研究、药物作用机理研究、银屑病动物模型的实验研究方兴未艾;理论研究也有一些新的思路,如借鉴温病理论辨证治疗、从肝论治、微观辨证等理论探索。

Trends and directions in the study of psoriasis by TCM

The study of the psoriasis by TCM has got great momentum in the past five years, pres- enting some new trends and directions. The research programs of the experiments adopted by TCM for treat- ment of the psoriasis have been further enhanced and regulated, and put more emphasis on the psychologi- cal treatment and assessment of the life quality; in terms of the fundamental research, the animal model ex- periment and research for treatment of the psoriasis has just got strength with regard to the syndrome types and drug mechanism. Additionally, the theoretical studies have also discovered some brand new ideas, such as promoting the theoretical exploration in terms of liver based treatment and micro dialectical theory by referring to the differential treatment of febrile diseases.
