| 摘 要： | 目的：制订非洲某国维和网络环境下即时通讯软件的合理使用方案，为维和部队的通讯保障提供参考依据。方法：比较所在国维和网络环境中常用的主流即时通讯软件的优缺点。结果：Skype是最好的语音软件，MSN Messenger是最佳的视频工具，用QQ发送手机短信最经济。结论：结合使用Skype和MSN Messenger可与在线联系人交流，用QQ与离线联系人联络是最佳的即时通讯方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish an optimal instant communicating project for the United Nation peacekeeping forces in Liberia. Methods: Comparing several instant messenger software in the net's condition to find their different advantages. Results: Skype is the best voice software,MSN Messenger is the best video software.Tencent QQ is the best software for sending messenges to mobile telephone. Conclusion: Skype and MSN Messenger are useful ways to connect with our online members.The best way of connecting with offline friends is QQ. |
