螺旋CT造影检查在小肠肿瘤中的应用价值

目的：探讨螺旋CT造影检查在小肠肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选择拟诊小肠肿瘤患者80例， CT造影和X线气钡灌肠检查各40例，比较两组患者检查时小肠充盈情况以及诊断与病理检查结果。结果观察组小肠充盈扩张满意率为57.5%，显著高于对照组的27.5%（P〈0.05），观察组诊断符合率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 CT造影在诊断小肠肿瘤的临床价值相对于传统气钡灌肠具有显著提高，但其仍无法作为小肠肿瘤诊断的金指标。

Application value of spiral CT angiography in the small intestine tumors

Objective To evaluate the value of spiral CT angiography in the small intestine tumors. Methods 80 cases diagnosed with intestinal tumors, CT angiography and X-ray barium enema,each 40 cases,all were filled the small intestine as well as diagnostic test,then pathological examination of patients were compared. Results Distend of the small intestine with the observation group was 57.5%satisfaction,it was significantly higher than the 27.5%of the control group （P〈0.005）, diagnostic in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.005）. Conclusion The clinical value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of small bowel tumors compared to conventional barium enema, it can improve the diagnostic yield significantly, but it still can not be used as the gold standard diagnosis of small bowel tumors.
