| 摘 要： | 目的 用紫外分光光度法测定洛威胶囊中洛美沙星的含量。 方法 样品稀释后 ,于 2 2 0～ 42 0 nm处扫描得最大吸收波为 2 87.4nm,在此波长下测定系列浓度吸收度。结果 洛美沙星在 1.5 1～ 12 .5 7μg·ml- 1浓度范围呈现良好的线性关系 ,回归方程 :A=0 .0 5 5 40 C+0 .0 0 2 63 ,r=0 .9999。胶囊回收率为 99.64 % ( RSD=0 .5 4% ,n=6)。 结论 本法简便可行 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,可用于洛威胶囊的含量测定
