济南地区新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症筛查切值的研究

目的建立济南地区新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症筛查的切值.方法用化学荧光法对济南市妇幼保健院出生的7227例新生儿（男性3582例,女性3645例）进行葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶测定.结果济南地区新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶频数分布为正偏态分布,新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶活性在性别间无显著差异,中位数位3.63U/g Hb,95%分位值下限约为2.1 U/g Hb.结论以G-6PD 95%分位值2.1 U/g Hb作为济南地区新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的正常下限值.

The disquisition about cut off of neonatal blood sample in Jinan

Objective: To establish glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency(G-6PD) cut-off standard of neonatal blood sample G-6PD in Jinan city.Methods: 7227 cases of neonatal dry blood sample G-6PD were born in Jinan Women and Children hospital wrer measured with fluorometric spot test.Results: G-6PD frequency distribution is plus shewness spread.The median is 3.63U/g Hb.The distrubution of results is between 1.09U/g Hb to 7.38U/g Hb,limit of 95% is about 2.1 U/g Hb.The level of G-6PD measured are not difference between gender,Conclusion: Ninety five percentile of G-6PD is 3.1 U/g Hb,which is regarded as cut-off of neonatal blood sample G-6PD in Jinan city.
