低出生体重儿发生率的回顾调查

目的调查绍兴市妇幼保健院30年来低出生体重儿发生率及变化趋势,为今后长期研究提供流行病学资料。方法对绍兴市妇幼保健院1975—2004年住院分娩96123例活产儿,进行出生体重调查,对30年间以每5年为一周期分为1975—1979年、1980—1984年、1985—1989年、1990—1994年、1995—1999年、2000—2004年共6个时期。计算每个5年期的低出生体重儿发生率,并采用x2分割法对各期的低出生体重儿发生率进行检验。结果1975~2004年30年来绍兴市妇幼保健院的每个5年期低出生体重儿发生率分别是9.50%、7.60%、6.04%、5.54%、4.90%、4.40%,x2分割法得x2分别是11.30、30.14、26.00、32.29、28.14,P值均<0.001。结论低出生体重儿发生率呈下降趋势,数据接近世界卫生组织报告的中等发达国家低出生体重儿发生率,数据接近河南郑州大学阎晓琴等的抽样调查的低出生体重儿发生率,故具有较高的可信度。

Investigation to the Incidence Rate of Light-weight Baby at Birth

Objective Investigate the incidence rate and change trend of light-weight babies at birth for recent 30 years in Women and Children Hospital of Shaoxing City to provide epidemiological data for future long-period research. Method Make investigation of weight at birth to 96123 live babies born in the said hospital during 1975-2004, in 6 periods of 1980-1984, 1985-1989, 1990-1994, 1995-1999 and 2000-2004, i.e. average 5 years in 30 years; count the incidence of light-weight babies at birth in every 5 years, and make test on the incidence rate of babies of light weight at birth of every period with x~2 separation method. Result For every 5-year period during 30 years, the light-weight babies incidence rates were 9.50%,7.60%,6.04%,5.54%,4.90%,4.40% respectively,and their x~2 s 11.30,30.14,26.00,32.29,28.14,P values<0.001. Conclusion The light-weight babies at birth is in decreasing trend, the data is similar to that of middle-developed countries reported by WTO, as well as to that of sample check by Yan Xiaoqin, etc. with Henan Zhengzhou University, so it has more correctness.
