随着社区卫生服务改革的深入发展，社区卫生服务模式和服务内容相继发生变化，迫切需要一支高素质的人才队伍。实践证明，经过规范化培养的全科医师，其服务理念、临床技能、协调能力、科研能力、综合素质高。实施全科医师规范化培训制度，是提高我国社区卫生服务工作水平的重要措施和主要途径。

With the reform of community health service deeply developing,the model and content of community health service have been changed and a high quality medical team is urgently needed. It is proved with practice, the general practioners who trained in standardization have good ideals of service,clinical talent, coordinate ability,study ability and some kind of synthetical ability. The standard training of general practioners is an important path to enhance community health service of our country.
