神经根型颈椎病的前路手术治疗

目的:探讨颈前路减压植骨内固定术治疗神经根型颈椎病的方法与效果.方法:1998～2003年共收治神经根型颈椎病42例,均采用颈前路减压,自体髂骨植骨,Orion钛板内固定术.结果:随访39例,平均随访时间18个月.按JOA评分评价手术效果,术前评分平均12.6分,术后评分为14.9分.优良率为92%.结论:前路手术治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效可靠,减压彻底,安全性高.

Treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with anterior cervical approach operation

Objective:To investigate the method and the effect of anterior cervical decompression,bone graft and internal fixation in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:Fourty-two patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were included in this study from 1998 to 2001.All had been given anterior decompression,iliac bone autograft and internal fixation with Titanium plate (SOFAMOR DANEK).Result:Thirty-nine patients had been followed-up and the average period was 18 months.By JOA grade system,the mean scores were 12.6 preoperatively and 14.9 postoperatively.Conclusion:The method of anterior cervical decompression,iliac bone autograft and internal fixation is effective and safe.
