针灸综合治疗围绝经期肥胖症的疗效观察

目的:观察针灸综合治疗围绝经期肥胖症治疗效果。方法:通过对门诊筛查符合围绝经期和肥胖症的诊断,且排除子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿以及甲状腺功能减退、皮脂腺增多症、多囊性卵巢等内分泌疾病的108位患者分为两组,实施针灸综合治疗和中草药治疗后,测定治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)及围绝经期症状的改善。结果:发现针灸综合疗法治疗围绝经期肥胖症在减轻体质量上优于中草药治疗组。结论:遵循辨证分型应用针灸综合治疗方法,可以达到调节女性内分泌失调,增加物质代谢功能,达到降脂减肥的目的。
