彩色多普勒超声检查对椎动脉颅内段血流减慢原因分析

摘    要:目的对南经颅多普勒检测出的椎动脉颅内段血流速度减慢的患者进一步做椎动脉颅外段彩色多谱勒超声检查,探讨其产生原因,进而为临床诊断及治疗进一步提供客观依据。方法对由经颅多普勒检测出的椎动脉颅内段血流速度减慢的300例患者做椎动脉颅外段彩色多谱勒超声检查。结果南彩色多普勒检测的椎动脉血流速度减慢的患者,其颅外段多有如下改变:狭窄、迂曲、起源点方向变异、起源位置变异。颅外段双侧均有病变为82例(占27%),单侧病变为218例(占73%)。结论TCD与彩色多普勒相互补充对椎动脉颅内段、颅外段全面检查,能够更准确地发现椎动脉的病变部位,分析病因,为临床提供更可靠的诊断依据。

Abstract:Objective By transcranial Doppler(transcranial Doppler,TCD )to the detection of intracranial vertebral artery blood flow velocity slowed down further to do with the extracranial vertebral artery color Doppler ultrsonography and explore its produce reasons, and proceed to clinical diagnosis and treatment provide an objective basis. Methods From a transcranial Doppler detection of intracranial vertebral artery blood flow velocity slowed down to the 300 patients with extracranial vertebral artery color Doppler ultrasonography. Results Color Doppler ultrasonography detection of vertebral artery blood flow velocity in patients with slower, more extracranial changes are as follows:narrow, tortuous, the origin point mutation direction of origin position variation. Bilateral extracranial lesions were 82 cases (27%), unilateral lesions of 218 cases(73%). Conclusion TCD and complement each other on the color Doppler Ultrasonography intracranial vertebral artery, the extracranial comprehensive inspection,to more accurately found the vertebral artery lesion,analysis etiology, clinical provide a more reliable basis for the diagnosis.
