| 摘 要： | 目的检测酪氨酸激酶受体c—kit和细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）在子宫内膜异位症中的表达，探讨其在Em发病中的作用。方法用免疫组化的方法分别检测c—kit和ICAM-1在25例Em患者的异位内膜及26饲正常子宫内膜上的表达，并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果c—kit和ICAM-1二者在正常内膜表达较弱，而在异位内膜的表达较强（P〈0．01）；c—kit和ICAM-1在正常内膜及异位内膜中表达呈正相关，相关系数分别为r=0．682及r=0．742（P〈0．01）。结论c—kit和ICAM-1在Ems患者的异住内膜的表达高及两者之间的正相关性提示其在Ems的发病发展过程中起重要的作用。
