同种异体猴胚脑移植的实验研究

采用猴10只,其中妊娠猴2只孕期为10—12周。同种异体胚脑组织移植9只自体移植1只,术后健康生存8只,术后分别于1、2、3、4、6个月处死行组织学检查结果:同种异体移植物1—3个月内,在宿主脑内有少数神经元存活,3个月后神经元消失大量胶质细胞增生,6个月时全是胶质瘢痕。自体移植1只4个月时可见神经元存活,有新生的毛细血管,周围胶质增生不明显,本实验表明:同种异体脑移植后神经元在宿主脑内不能长期存活,而自体移植可以存活,这个与异体移植排异有密切关系。

Experimental Study on Allotransplantation of Monkeys'''' Cerebral Embryo

In the experiment,10 monkeys were involved, 2 of which were gestation ones for 10-12 weeks. Among them, 9 monkeys were allotransplantated and 1 was autotrans-palntated with cerebral embryo tissues. After operation,8 monkeys survived, who was killed for histology examination, respectively in 1,2,3,4,6 months, as the results, some neurons in 1-3 months allograft survived in host's brain, after 3 months, neurons disappeared and a lot of colloid cells proliferated and in 6 months only colloid cells proliferated and in 6 months only colloid cicatrices here left, however in one autotransplantation monkey, survival of neurons could be seen in four months, and new capilliaries were growing, but the proliferation of colloid around was not apparent. The experiments indicate that after allotransplantation, neurons can not survive long in host's brain but they can survive in autotransplantation, which has a colse relationship with graft rejection.
