当归水提液制备方法的研究

摘    要:目的研究当归水提液的制备方法。方法采用正交设计试验法[1]进行水提工艺的用量(A)、煎煮时间(B)、浓缩比例(C)、乙醇浓度(D)4因素、3水平的实验研究,以其主要成分阿魏酸含量为指标。结果当归水提的最佳工艺条件为:煎煮用量水分别为生药量的6倍、4倍、4倍;煎煮时间分别为90min、60min、30min;提取浓缩液为1∶1;首次醇沉含醇量为60%。结论筛选出了当归的最佳水提取工艺。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation of Angelica water extract.Methods 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal design was used by selecting the quantity of water(A), extract time(B), condensation ratio(C) and the concentration of ethanol(D) as four main factors .The content of Ferulic acid was as target.Results The optimal extract condition of Angelica water extract was: the quantity of water used for extract was 6,4,4,times of the quantity of the herb respectively and the extract time was 90min, 60min, 30min respectively.Extract concintration was 1∶1 and the first concentration of ethanol was 60%.Conclusion The optimal water extract technic of Angelica was selected.
