健康检查发现新发肺结核200例临床分析

目的探讨健康检查发现新发肺结核患者的临床特点。方法回顾性分析我单位2006年11月至2008年12月健康检查发现的新登肺结核,并已完成疗程的200例患者的症状、胸片特点、痰菌检查结果、结核菌素（PPD）试验结果和治疗转归情况。结果健康检查新发肺结核以20～40岁为主（占72%）。男性多见（男女比3.3：1）。临床症状轻微,77%无任何症状,菌阳检出率29.5%。抗结核治疗满疗程后,痰菌阴转率100%,病灶X线表现吸收好转以上者84.5%。结论健康检查新发现肺部结核病男性多见,症状轻微,治疗转归好。体检机构要重视对结核病的筛查和转诊。

Clinical analysis of 200 new pulmonary tuberculosis patients from health examination

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic of new pulmonary tuberculosis patients from health examination.Methods The patients with tuberculosis who were registered in a new health examination of my unit from November 2006 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed,and the symptom,and the sternum characteristic,the phlegm fungus check result,the tuberculin （PPD） test result,the treatment and prognosis situation of 200 new pulmonary tuberculosis patients who had completed the treatment course were analyzed.Results Among the new pulmonary tuberculosis patients from health examination,the patients were main 20～40 years old,accounted for 72%,the ratio of the men to women was 3.3：1,the clinical symptoms were slight,77% did not have any symptom,the fungus positive detection rate was 29.5%.After the full anti-tuberculosis treatment,above the phlegm fungus cloudy rate of rotation was 100%,84.5% of patients manifested an improvement in chest X-ray film.Conclusion The new patients with tuberculosis found in the health examination were mainly male,with mild symptoms and a good.prognosis.The physical examination organization must take seriously to tuberculosis′s screening and the further examinations.
