加减茯苓导水汤治疗肺心病心力衰竭临床观察

采用茯苓导水汤加减治疗肺心病心力衰竭40例，并随机设单纯西药治疗对照组40例。结果：治疗组治愈6例，显效24例，有效8例，无效2例，总有效率为95．0％；对照组治愈2例，显效16例，有效12例，无效10例，总有效率为75．0％。治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。在纠正心衰的症状及体征、控制感染、纠正缺氧及二氧化碳潴留方面也以治疗组为优。治疗组在降低全血黏度及血浆黏度方面作用显著，而对照组则无差异。

Observation on Heart Failure due to Pulmonary Heart Disease Treated with Modified Fulingdaoshui Decoction(加减茯苓导水汤)

cases of heart failure due to pulmonary heart disease were treated with modified Fulingdaoshui decoction(MFD) and 40 cases only treated with western medicine were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,6 cases cured,24 cases had significant effect, 8 cases effective and 2 cases had no effect. The total effective rate was 95.0%;While in the control group,2 cases cured,16 cases had significant effect, 12 case effective and 10 cases had no effect. The total effective rate was 75.0 %.The treatment group was prior to the control group significantly(P<0 05).The treatment group was prior to the control group in aspect of improving the symptoms and signs?controlling infection?correcting hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention.There were no significant differences between the two groups in decreasing the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.
