阿立哌唑与利培酮对首发分裂症患者社会功能影响的对照研究

目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮对首发分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法分别以阿立哌唑与利培酮维持治疗首发分裂症患者半年，用阳性症状和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、不良反应量表（TESS）、社会功能缺陷量表（SDSS）在治疗前后评定。结果半年后服用阿立哌唑的患者在职业工作、社会退缩、对外界的兴趣方面优于服用利培酮患者，其余无明显差异。结论阿立哌唑、利培酮在维持治疗分裂症患者时，都能显著改善其社会功能。但阿立哌唑在某些方面优于利培酮。

A comparative study of social function in first-episode schizophrenic patients treated with aripiprazol and risperidone
