| 摘 要： | 通过对890例上消化道X线造影(上消化道X线气钡双重造影)检查结果和X线检查前临床诊断对照分析,探讨人体接受X线照射后可能产生的确定效应和随机效应,提出只有实现放射检查正当化和防护最优化,才能更好的利用放射检查,保护患者健康。
