消毒液浸泡对硅橡胶类软衬材料表面微生物黏附的影响

摘    要:目的通过消毒液浸泡后软衬材料表面相关菌黏附的观察,探讨抑制软衬材料表面相关菌黏附的方法。方法采用Sofreline硅橡胶类软衬材料制作试件54枚,随机分为3组:对照组(蒸馏水)、0.1%氯己定组和0.05%三氯生组,试件分别浸泡于3组消毒液中5 min,蒸馏水漂洗后,分别在变形链球菌标准菌株、黏性放线菌标准菌株以及白色假丝酵母菌标准菌株的菌悬液中进行培养,采用菌落计数的方法 ,对消毒液浸泡后的软衬材料表面相关菌黏附数进行方差分析。结果氯己定组和三氯生组的变形链球菌菌落计数为(86.67±5.01)CFU/ml、(61.00±8.79)CFU/ml,少于对照组(117.17±5.23)CFU/ml、氯己定组和三氯生组的白色假丝酵母菌菌落计数(2.50±1.38)CFU/ml、(2.17±1.72)CFU/ml,少于对照组(122.67±6.74)CFU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);氯己定组和三氯生组的黏放菌菌落计数(109.67±6.50)CFU/ml、(109.17±12.22)CFU/ml,与对照组(102.17±11.07)CFU/ml差异无统计学意义。结论 Sofreline硅橡胶类软衬材料经氯己定、三氯生浸泡后,对材料表面的变形链球菌和白色假丝酵母菌黏附具有一定的抑制作用,但黏放菌菌落计数无变化。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of two disinfectants soaking on micro-organism adhesion on silicon based soft lined denture materials.METHODS Use sofreline silicon based soft denture liner materials to 0.1% Chlorhexidine and 0.05%Triclosan were used as experimental groups.Distilled water was chosen as the comparative Each group was soaked in disinfectant for 5 min make 54 experimontal smples,and randomly devide into 3 groups.Silicon based soft lined denture materials were soaked after the distill water fulling and then analyzed the adhesion of micro-organism,including Streptococcus mutans,Candida albicans,and Aetinomyces viscosus.RESULTS S.mutans in chlorhexidine and Triclosan group,which accounted for(86.67±5.01)CFU/ml,(61.00±8.79)CFU/ml,was less than the comparative group which accounted for(122.67±6.74)CFU/ml,C.albicans in chlorhexidine and Triclosan group,which accounted for(2.50±1.38)CFU/ml,(2.17±1.72)CFU/ml,was less than the comparative group,which accounted for(122.67±6.74),their difference had a statisfleal meaning.A vis COSUS in chlorhexidine and Triclosan which accounted for(109.67±6.50)CFU/ml,(109.17±12.22)CFU/ml,and the comparative group,which accounted for(102.17±11.07)CFU/ml had no statistical meaning.CONCLUSIONS Silicon based soft lined denture soaked by chlorhexidine or Triclosan could restrain the growth of S.mutans and C.albicans.However,it has no effects on Actinomyces viscosus.
