| 摘 要： | 当前,随着研究生招生规模的持续扩大和研究生教育的发展,加强研究生思想政治工作的必要性和紧迫性更为突出。本文针对当前研究生思想政治教育工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应策略：从改革研究生思想政治教育体制、加强思想政治教育工作队伍建设、发挥研究生导师作用、重视非智力因素与＂实践育人＂等方面,努力推进研究生思想政治工作。

| Abstract: | Currently,with the increasingly expanded enrollment of postgraduates and the development of postgraduate education,it is imperative to strengthen ideological and political education. This review analyzes the present status and the existing problems of the postgraduates ideological and political education. Besides,the author proposes concrete countermeasures from the following perspectives：reformation of the ideological and political education system,construction of education group,strengthening the role of the tutor and emphasizing non-intelligence factors and practical teaching notion. |
