| 摘 要： | 采用经皮球囊肺动脉瓣成形术（ＰＢＰＶ）治疗２６例单纯性先天性肺动脉瓣狭窄（ＩＣＰＳ）。术前跨瓣压差６．６±１．６ｋＰａ（４９．５±１２ｍｍＨｇ），术后即刻跨瓣压差２．９±０．７ｋＰａ（２２±５．３ｍｍＨｇ）。随诊３个月至７年（平均４．３年），远期跨瓣压差小于术后即刻跨瓣压差。术后３．５年出现１例轻度再狭窄，占３．８％。４例合并轻度肺动脉瓣返流，对心功能无影响。６个月后，跨瓣压差轨迹趋于稳定。远期效果佳。

| Abstract: | Twenty-six cases of isolated congenital pulmonary valve stenosis were treated by percutaneous balloon valvuloplasty (PBPV). The average pressure gradient (PG) was 6.61.6kPa(49.512mmHg) before dilation and 2.90.7kPa(225.3mmHg) after dilation. The follow-up were performed from 6 months to 7 years (average 4.3 years). The long term PG is lower than immediate postoperation PG. And one case (3.8%) appeared slight pulmonary valve stenosis again 3.5 years affer operation and 4 cases had slight regurgitation without malfunction of the heart. The PG tended to be stable after 6 months and the long term result was perfect. |
