血清肝酶在胆总管结石病中的诊断应用

目的 :探讨血清肝酶测定的敏感性在胆总管结石病诊断中的应用。方法 :3 80例胆石症患者治疗前抽血检测血清肝酶含量。结果 :胆总管结石病中γ 谷氨酰转移酶 (γ GT)、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶 (AST)阳性率分别为 91.6%、73 .7%、5 0 .8% ,不同血清肝酶对诊断胆总管结石的诊断价值不同 (P <0 .0 1) ,所有肝功能测定其敏感性对胆总管结石病的诊断敏感性是 93 .7%。结论 :肝功能试验对胆总管结石的察觉敏感性较高。

Diagnostic Evaluation of Serum Enzymes in Choledocholithiasis

Objective:To evaluate the role of serum enzymes in the diagnosis of choledcholithiasis.Methods:To survey the levels of the serum enzymes prior to therapy. Results: The most sensitive test was gramma gluatmayl transpeptidase that was abnormal in 91.6% of the patients with choledocholithiasis,while alkaline phosphatase was elevated in 73.7%. The least sensitive parameter was AST altered in only 50.8%.However, a significant correlation was found between the levels of serum enzymes and incidence of common bile duct calculi ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).The sensitivity of all tests combined together for the diagnosis of choledochal stones was 93.7%.Conclusion:Liver function tests are very sensitive in the detection of common bile bile duct stones.
