精神分裂症阴、阳性症状的因子结构

目的 :检验精神分裂症阴性、阳性症状的因子结构。方法 :使用 SANS、SAPS对 175例住院精神分裂症患者进行评定 ,采用主成分分析及因素分析检验分量表总分水平的因子结构 ,并进行条目水平的因素分析。结果 :分量表总分水平的主成分分析及因素分析均显示了阴、阳性症状两个因子 ,条目水平上显示了 4个阳性症状因子和瓦解因子 ,阴性症状则相对集中在一个因子上。结论 :既往对阴、阳性症状的划分存有明显缺陷 ,仅对分量表总分或综合评价分进行主成分分析和因素分析难以划定各自的条目范围 ,且易漏掉重要因子 ,条目水平的因素分析对确定症状维度更具有临床和病理意义 ,进一步探讨与临床和病理的相关性将更能明确其症状维度的意义。

The factor structure in schizophrenia with negative and positive symptoms

Objective:To inspect the factor structure in schizophrenia with negative and positive symptoms.Method:175 inpatients of schizophrenia were evaluated by SANS and SAPS.To exanimate the factor structure with main-compoment analysis and factor analysis of item level were used.Result: It Was showed that there were two factors(negative and positive)in main-component analysis and factor analysis of subscale's total score level.There were 4 positive symptoms and decomposing factor in item level.The negative symptoms concentrated on one factor.Conclusion:There were distingue defects in how to divided the negative and positive symptoms before.It was very difficult to divided item range that only received main component analysis and factor analysis to total score and the score of synthetically evaluation.The important factors were easily missed.The factor analysis of item level was more significant sense of clinic and pathology in definite the symptoms.The more studied the relevance between the clinic and pathology,the more definite the sense of the symptoms.
