摘    要:作者设计了应用甲醇(MA)、环氧氯丙烷(EC)处理牛心包瓣组织,通过家兔皮下埋藏实验,应用钙质定性、定量和超微结构观察等法,评价减轻牛心包瓣组织钙化的效果,并对组织稳定性,抗原性和机械强度进行比较研究。结果显示:应用MA和EC化学改性方法处理牛心包组织,经动物皮下埋藏后,有明显减轻组织钙化的作用,且能保持较好的组织扩张强度和结构完整性。

Abstract:Glutaraldehyde (GA)-treated bovine pericardial bioprosthetic valves were modified with methanol (MA) or epoxy chloropropane (EC), and then were used as the control group. The treated tissues were implanted subcutaneously in young rabbits. Two, four and six weeks after implantation, the calcium of the samples was detected qualitatively by von Kossa staining technique and light microscopic observation, and quantitatively with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer and ultra-structurally. The stability, immunologic reactions and mechanical strength of the tissues after modification were assessed. The results show that treatment of bovine pericardia with MA or EC can reduce the calcification of tissues and keep the structure integral and in a good stability and tensile strength.
