| 摘 要： | 采用精液常规和巴氏染色精子形态学检查方法，根据 Ｗ Ｈ Ｏ 标准对５０９ 例精液进行检测。结果显示，精液常规检查对不孕夫妇的病因学检查仍是一项有效手段，精子巴氏染色形态学观察不仅有助于了解一般精液常规异常原因，更能发现一部分单纯形态学改变导致不育的患者，对临床不育症的诊治有实际指导意义。

| Abstract: | According to WHO standards, the semen samples in 509 cases were analyzed by routine semen analysis and Papanicolaou staining for spermatozoa. The results show that the routine semen analysis is an effective method for the etiologic diagnosis of infertility. Papanicolaou staining is not only helpful to routine diagnosis, but also useful to infertile patients only with semen morphologic changes.It is practically meaningful to the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. |
