胃癌表皮生长因子受体和p53蛋白的表达及意义

目的]研究表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、p53蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法]应用ABC免疫组化方法检测75例胃癌中EGFR、p53蛋白的表达。结果]正常胃粘膜EGFR、p53均呈阴性表达。而胃癌中EGFR、p53的阳性表达率分别为50.1％和41.3％，EGFR的表达与胃癌的分化程度<0.05)相关，与淋巴结转移、浸润程度显著相关(P<0.01)；同时p53的表达亦与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)，但与浸润深度无显著相关(P<0.05)。结论]本实验提示检测EGFR和p53的表达可作为判断胃癌预后的一项有用指标。

Expressions of EGFR and p53 in Gastric Carcinoma

To investigate the role of EGFR and p53 in gastric carcinoma(GC).Expressions of EGFR and p53 in 75 cases of gastric carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical technique.Expressions of EGFR and p53 in normal gastric mucosas were negative.The positive rate of EGFR and p53 expressions in GC were 50.1% and 41.3% respectively.Expressions of both EGFR and p53 were significantly related to the degree of differentiation(P<0.05),and the metastasis of lymph nodes(P<0.01).But,expression of p53 had no significant relation with the depth of tumor invasion(P<0.05).Conclusions]These data suggest that EGFR and p53 might be served as valuable factors for prognosis in GC.
