摘    要:主治医师常规日查房是临床教学的主要手段之一,将主治医师日查房作为提高其临床教学能力的切入点,成立专家督导组从复核检查病史体征、分析疾病的条理及逻辑思维能力、理论对实际的指导性、医教结合的诱导启发性和是否注意医学模式的转换等八个方面进行评估考核和指导。实践证明该方法对提高中青年教师的临床教学能力有效。

Improvement of junior medical doctor's clinical teaching abilities by supervision-and-guidance of bedside teaching given by chief medical doctors under senior medical doctors
Abstract:Routine bedside teaching given by chief medical doctors is one of the major method used in clinical teaching. We focused on routine bedside teaching given by chief medical doctors to improve junior medical doctors clinical teaching ability. A supervsion-and-guidance group formed by specialists was established. It's function is to check, evaluate, and give advice in eight aspects, including case records, analysis of diseases and logical thinking, application of theory to practice, combination of treatment with teaching, and change of medical model. It has been proved that our method is useful and effective in improving junior medical doctors'clinical teaching abilities.
