| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发生发展与动脉中膜SMC的大量聚集和异常增生密切相关。参照传统的主动脉SMC培养方法并加以改进,采取从内剥离中膜法和组织块反复接种法,培养的细胞呈现典型的“峰与谷”结构,免疫组织化学染色显示细胞内SM-Actin表达阳性。此培养方法可作为研究血管SMC生物学行为和AS内在机制的有效模型。

| Abstract: | Atherosclerosis is thought to be highly due to excessive accumulation and dysregulated proliferation of smooth muscle cells in the intima. Consulting the traditional aortic SMCs culture methods and making some improvements, smooth muscle cells were obtained utilizing isolated intima from interior and the intima tissues were cultured repeatedly. The cells displayed the typical 'hill and valley'pattern and characteristic immunocyto-chemical staining for smooth muscle actin.This SMC culture mehtod can serve as a useful model to study the biology of vascular smooth muscle cells and the inner mechanisms of AS. |
