| 乌梅丸对免疫损伤性肝纤维化大鼠肝组织病理形态的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌梅丸抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法选用猪血清诱导免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型,观察乌梅丸对免疫性肝纤维化模型大鼠肝组织病理形态的影响,分析乌梅丸的治疗作用,并以西药秋水仙碱、中药小柴胡汤作对照。结果乌梅丸可以明显抑制肝组织损伤,减轻炎症反应,延缓或阻止纤维化的病理改变,作用优于秋水仙碱和小柴胡汤。结论乌梅丸具有明显的抗肝纤维化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe the action mechanism of anti-liver fibrosis of Wumei Pill. Methods: Pig's blood serum was used to make model rats with immunity damaged liver fibrosis. The effect of Wumei Pill on pathological state of liver tissue of immunity liver-fibrosis model rats. The therapeutic effect of Wumei Pill was analyzed in comparison with those of Westen medicine colchicine and Chinese drug Xiaochaihu Decoction. Result: Compared with colchicine and Xiaochaihu Decoction, Wumei Pill can evidently restrain the damaged liver tissue, relieve the inflammation, delay or stop the pathological change of fibrosis. Conclusion: Wumei Pill has obvious anti-fibrosis effect. |
