定喘汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎随机对照临床研究

目的]观察定喘汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法]收集2007年1月至2011年12月期间,我院相关科室所收治的130例慢性支气管炎患者,并将其随机分成两组,对照组65例患者进行常规的西药抗炎及对症治疗,治疗组65例患者进行定喘汤加减治疗,对比观察两组治疗后的综合疗效。结果]治疗组65例中治愈22例,好转40例,无效3例,总有效率95.30%,对照组65例中治愈5例,好转30例,无效30例,总有效率53.80%,对比两组治疗结果,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]定喘汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎具有良好的效果,在临床治疗中值得大力推广并普及使用。

Dingchuan Decoction in Treating Chronic Bronchitis Random Controlled Clinical Study

Objective]This paper mainly on chronic bronchitis treated by modified effect analysis and discussions.Methods]From 2007 January to 2011 December in our hospital during the period,relevant departments of the treatment of 130 cases of chronic bronchitis patients,were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases in the control group patients undergoing routine western medicine anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group 65 cases were treated by modified,observed and compared between the two groups after treatment with integrated curative effect.Results]65 cases in the treatment group 22 cases were cured,40 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.3%,65 cases in control group,5 cases were cured,30 cases improved,30 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 53.8%,compared with two group of treatment outcome,treatment group was better than the control group,the difference between the two groups of larger,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion]Dingchuan Decoction in treating chronic bronchitis with good results,in the clinical treatment is worth to be popularized energetically and popularize the use of.
