海马CA3区锥体神经元形态发育研究进展

摘    要:人体海马的主要功能有:学习、记忆、空间导航以及调节神经内分泌和自主神经活动,海马体是大脑中兴奋发作阈值很低的部位,很多精神性疾病(比如癫痫)的发作与其关系较大,另外,在阿兹海默病中,海马也是首先受到损伤的区域:表现症状为记忆力衰退以及方向知觉的丧失。CA3区锥体神经元是海马中的重要神经元,数量多,功能完善,探索人体大脑海马CA3区锥体神经元的发育过程及其规律对研究大脑海马锥体神经元的形态发育及其功能的完善具有非常重要的意义。然而,在现阶段有关海马神经元发育的研究对象主要集中于大鼠、猴、兔等动物方面,而在人胎海马CA3区锥体神经元形态发育过程的研究却十分缺乏。

Abstract:The main functions of human hippocampus are: learning,memory,space navigation and adjusting the neuroendocrine and autonomic nervous activity.Its excited threshold is very low.A lot of mental diseases(such as epilepsy) are relation to the hippocampus.In addition,in alzheimer's disease,the hippocampus may be the first damage area: symptoms for memory loss and disorientation.Pyramidal neurons of CA3 area is much important.To explore the pyramidal neurons development process of brain hippocampus has a very important significance.However,at present the research object of hippocampal neurons development mainly focused on rats,monkey,rabbits and other animals.The morphology research of human fetal hippocampus CA3 area pyramidal neurons is lack.
