河南省中小学校教学建筑设施安全状况调查

目的了解河南省中小学校建筑设施安全状况,为消除校园安全隐患提供依据。方法于2007年采用分层随机抽样方法,对河南省13个区县138所城乡中小学校进行调查。结果设有教学楼的124所学校中,没有涉及学生安全13项建筑设施指标全部合格的学校;教学楼外廊宽度合格率为39.52;教学楼外廊栏杆高度合格率为51.61;在45所教学楼楼梯井宽度>200mm的中小学校中,有防护措施的学校2所,占4.35;在有夜自习的学校中,教学楼走廊和楼梯无照明灯的占18.18,无应急灯的占42.42;有32.26的学校教学楼只有1个安全疏散楼梯。结论河南省中小学校教学建筑设施安全隐患普遍存在。应积极采取有效措施,消除校园安全隐患,为学生营造良好的学习环境。

Security Conditions of Teaching Facilities Construction of Primary and Secondary Schools in Henan

Objective To understand the safety conditions of primary and secondary schools in Henan,and to provide evidence for eliminating the potential dangers.Methods Totally 138 schools of 13 districts and counties were investigated in Henan province with stratified random sampling method in 2007.Results None of the schools had all the 13 facilities indicators involving students safety qualified among the 124 schools who had teaching buildings.The qualified rate of teaching building corridor width was 39.52 %,the qualified rate of height of external railing is 51.61%.Among 45 elementary and middle schools whose stair-well width were more than 200 mm,only two schools had the protective measures,the percentage was 4.35%.Among the schools which had night classes,18.18% of them had no lights in the stairs and corridors,42.42% schools had no emergency lights,32.26% schools had only one safe evacuation staircase.Conclusion Teaching building facilities prevailing security risks are universal existing among all levels of middle and elementary schools in Henan province.Relevant government departments should take effective action positively to eliminate potential safety problems at schools,and to create a good learning environment for students.
